The leader "captain " of the group consistently gropes a female character without any indication on screen (from either the victim nor other characters) that this behavior is wrong. I realize Netflix lists a rating of TV14, but even at that age, kids should not have to accept a show that trivializes sexual assault. Really sweet and innocent a few minor negatives for some but not me. I let both my kids watch it and they liked it too.

Love, love, love this Tv show its great for 10+. So far we have been focusing on on the negatives. I don't know if you can really consider that swearing but if you do thats in this show. Said maybe a few times in the whole show. Very innocent and the just a couple scenes. What tv show does not have a little alchohol. Keeping in mind like i said before especially since we are talking about a couple of CARTOON characters.Īgain, these are cartoons. The "violence" in this show wouldn't even scare a baby for godsake. All these people talking about violence when its cartoons. The whole show is fighting to keep their kingdom safe. Occassionally he would be perverted but, its really nothing all shows have a little bit of this and that its innocent and human nature. The main character who is a knight fights to protect his kingdom alongside his partners. This show is rated TV 14 on Netflix meaning 13+ but, theres really nothing TV 14 to it. A lot of parents are being to harsh on this show especially since i am very picky about what my kids can see. Keep in mind i said CARTOON as you read this review. There is this whole anime craze going on where apparently kids ranging to adults watch this Japanese Cartoon. I am also typically strict of what my kids watch until they are 13. It is worse for me since i am an arab mom typically known to be a worrier. I am a concerned parent like the rest of you. That said, the story line is constructed well enough to keep teens' interest in this nontraditional tale of good and evil. Expect some language ("damn," "screw you," and "sucked" and name-calling such as "bastard," "jerk," and "hillbilly") as well. Violence is the other concern, though the bloody bodies and fighting likely won't surprise teens who are used to action movies or series. Women also dress provocatively with clothing that hugs their ample curves and accentuates their cleavage. Though there's nothing sexually explicit (no intercourse or nudity, that is), the central male figure gets handsy with his female counterpart, touching her breasts and butt without permission and, in one case, stealing her underwear while she sleeps.
